Amelia Badenoch is a London based artist. She gained a Diploma in Architectural Interior Design at the Inchbald School (2012), prior to completing a diploma in academic painting at the Florence Academy of Art (2019) and is beginning her Masters in painting at The Royal College of Art.

Her practice explores the interplay between perception and raw emotional experience, often through the visual language of landscape. Her work emerged from a deeply personal investigation of bereavement that compelled her to re-evaluate presence, absence, and the elusive emotional spaces that lie between. This moment of rupture opened a more intuitive, introspective mode of making, where painting became a way to decode grief and access unconscious states.
